We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual to join our team as Deputy Manager at Cygnet Ranaich House.
Joining us on a full time basis you will work 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday.
**Please note this role carries the responsibility of on call duties in support of the Service Manager**
Your Day-to-Day…
You’ll be working 40 hours a week in Ranaich House with Learning Disabilities.
As Deputy Manager at Ranaich House, you’ll play a vital role in shaping a positive, high-quality care environment where both residents and staff can thrive. Working alongside a supportive management team, you’ll help lead with compassion, uphold excellent clinical standards, and inspire a culture of respect, dignity, and teamwork.
This is more than a leadership role, it’s an opportunity to influence meaningful change, support staff development, and ensure every resident receives truly person-centred care. - Ensure the team provides safe, sound & supportive care to the people they support
- Be a role model to your team & provide effective leadership & management
- Work with multi-disciplinary teams, family members, local authorities & regulatory bodies to deliver a high-quality service & promote a positive culture
- Meet quality targets to ensure the service is providing the best support & care possible.
You are:
- A qualified Nurse (RNLD or RMN)
- A talented leader with strong line management & communication skills
- Experienced within a mental health setting & a multidisciplinary team
- An effective people, time & task manager with a proven track record of working with varied stakeholders in the delivery of outstanding care.
