- Take ownership of key areas within financial accounting and support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with German GAAP (HGB)
- Manage general ledger accounting, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and resolution of accounting issues
- Execute and support intercompany accounting processes, including reconciliations and coordination with international subsidiaries
- Contribute to group reporting and support the preparation of consolidated financial information under HGB
- Ensure accurate and timely execution of core accounting operations, including accounts payable processes and payment workflows
- Act as a key contact for external auditors and tax advisors during annual audits and compliance reviews
- Support tax-related topics such as VAT, transfer pricing, and withholding tax in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement of accounting processes, including standardization, documentation, and automation initiatives
- Actively develop and optimize the ERP system NetSuite and support finance transformation initiatives
- Collaborate closely with international finance teams across multiple entities and regions

- Strong expertise in financial accounting under German GAAP (HGB)
- Solid experience in general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial close processes
- Experience with intercompany accounting and intercompany reconciliations
- Strong ERP system skills, ideally NetSuite
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
