Global Key Account Operations Specialist

Job Description

Your job:

 

  • Daily support for global key account managers (assist with pricing topics/ issues, reports, contract templates, reminders, data and daily operational tasks)
  • IPP Management (ensure IPP validity, timely updates and compliance with HQ guidelines)
  • Coordinate between internal teams to align information, track progress and resolve issues
  • Prepare checklists and contract approval forms
  • Upload signed contracts to Ariba
  • Ensure that important documents and files are uploaded to our SharePoint Database

 

Your qualification:

 

  • Good analytical skills, strong attention to detail and confidence working with data and numbers
  • Problem-solving mindset, good time management skills and a proactive approach 
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Nice to have experience with SAP, MOSAIC, AO Workbook, Ariba, SharePoint & Power Automate
