SHIFT: Full-Time, Monday-Friday

JOB SUMMARY:
The EMS Training Manager leads and centralizes all clinical education, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement initiatives for Maury Regional EMS, supporting a workforce of 170+ employees. This role ensures high-quality patient care, operational consistency, and reduced financial and legal risk, with a strong emphasis on documentation accuracy and compliance.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· Critical Care Paramedic License in TN Required
· Instructor/Coordinator certification CPR, ACLS, PALS or equivalent Tennessee Required
· 5 Years Emergency Services at the Critical Care Paramedic Level Required
· 1 Year College level instruction experience Preferred
· High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred
