Product Manager, Workforce Management, Platform Responsibility

Responsibilities

• Deliver business outcomes: Define WFM strategy and solutions to achieve supply-demand balance and cost objectives.
• Product design: Conduct deep business/process research, produce high-quality PRDs, workflows, and prototypes to ship from 0→1 or iterate existing systems.
• Cross-functional project leadership: Independently own cross-team initiatives (ops, eng, data, Ops), drive releases, adoption, and iterative improvements.
• Metrics & data: Build and maintain KPI frameworks (e.g., workforce efficiency, completion rate, cost, etc.), use SQL and correlation analysis to diagnose issues and recommend optimizations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in product management, specialising in trust & safety, platform integrity, abuse prevention, or related domains.
• Familiar with end-to-end workforce management — demand forecasting, HC plan, scheduling algorithms, onsite, and cost management.
• Strong logical thinking and data-driven decision making; proficient in SQL and metrics decomposition.
• Excellent cross-functional communication, with a results-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with supply-demand optimization or operations research techniques.
• Hands-on experience building or operating large-scale WFM systems.
• Prior experience in large-scale content moderation platforms.
