Plant Production Associate

As a Production Associate in our union manufacturing facility, you’ll play an important role in keeping operations running smoothly. This hands-on position includes tasks like labeling, packaging, material handling, and assisting machine operators while ensuring products meet our quality and safety standards. You’ll work with a team in a fast-paced environment, maintain a clean and safe workspace, and have opportunities to learn different production processes. This role is a great entry point into manufacturing, with the chance to grow into higher job classifications as positions become available.
