Job Description

The Sous Chef supports all culinary operations at Hotel Lucine, helping lead kitchen execution, food quality, team development, and operational consistency across multiple outlets and events. Working closely with the Executive Chef and Food & Beverage leadership, this role balances hands on culinary leadership with strong organizational discipline. The Sous Chef plays a key role in maintaining Lucine’s culinary identity while supporting daily execution across The Fancy, The Den, The Roof, beach programming, and banquet operations. Success in this role requires strong leadership presence, operational awareness, creativity, and the ability to thrive in a fast paced lifestyle hotel environment.
