AST SpaceMobile is building the first and only global cellular broadband network in space to operate directly with standard, unmodified mobile devices based on our extensive IP and patent portfolio and designed for both commercial and government applications. Our engineers and space scientists are on a mission to eliminate the connectivity gaps faced by today’s five billion mobile subscribers and finally bring broadband to the billions who remain unconnected.
Position Overview
We are seeking a quality technician for second shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify assembly issues.
- Quality checks following work instructions.
- Final inspection according work instructions.
- NCR reporting.
- Interaction with operators and supervisors.
Qualifications
Education:
Quality experience in manufacturing environments.
Experience:
A minimum of 3 years in quality department.
Preferred Qualifications:
- No Conformity report.
- Analytical mindset.
- Problem solving.
- Measurement & inspection techniques.
- Root Cause Analysis (5 Why, Fishbone).
- Use of quality software (ERP, QMS, SPC tools).
Soft Skills:
- Teamwork and cross-functional communication.
- Time management and prioritization.
- Attention to Detail.
- Proactivity.
Technology Stack:
Microsoft (excel, word, etc).
Physical Requirements
Ability to work in a standard office environment and use a computer for extended periods.
