Job Description
The Account Representative provides administrative and front-line service support for personal insurance clients and internal agency teams. This role is responsible for handling incoming client inquiries, processing basic policy transactions, maintaining accurate client records and supporting daily office operations. The Account Representative helps ensure a positive client experience through responsive service, attention to detail and effective coordination with office staff, carriers and other departments. This position serves as a foundational support role focused on operational efficiency, client communication and professional development within the agency.
