Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative at PAG Engine Services serves as the primary liaison between customers, and operations (sales, production, quality control, shop personnel, material, warranty, and billing) to ensure seamless project execution during engine and component maintenance and repair events. This role supports all phases of the repair process while maintaining a high level of service and communication.
