Job Description
What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Facilities Maintenance Technician within our Corpay Lodging division. This position falls under our Lodging line of business and is located in Lexington, KY. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of building maintenance tasks, including general upkeep, preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, and supporting a safe and professional work environment. You will report directly to Facilities Manager and regularly collaborate with internal facilities team members and external vendors.

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
Performing daily upkeep and repairs under direction of Facilities Manager
Conducting routine inspections of interior and exterior areas
Completing maintenance tickets promptly
Executing minor plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs
Operating hand and power tools for maintenance tasks
Performing cleaning duties across facility spaces
Providing backup support for Facilities Associates
Moving furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed
Maintaining and reconfiguring workspace setups and cubicles
Scheduling and completing preventative maintenance tasks
Coordinating special projects as assigned
Monitoring and maintaining building systems
Performing groundskeeping activities
Reporting unusual occurrences or damage to management
Overseeing work performed by external vendors
Monitoring and reporting environmental health concerns
Ensuring OSHA compliance and maintaining SDS/MSDS documentation
Setting up and breaking down meeting spaces
Removing snow from entryways and walkways
Delivering supplies to designated areas
Supporting the Facilities team as needed
Adhering to safety standards and regulations
Performing additional duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma required
Minimum 2 years of facilities maintenance experience
Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
At least 1 year of plumbing repair experience
Working knowledge of drywall, framing, and building structures
Strong attention to facility presentation and curb appeal
Professional communication and customer service skills
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and detail-oriented abilities
Ability to prioritize tasks, document work, and meet deadlines
Ability to read and interpret safety guidelines and maintenance documentation
Availability to work full-time and respond to on-call emergencies
