This is a practical, hands-on role focused on customer-facing field service support This role is ideal for someone early in their engineering career who enjoys working directly with hardware, solving technical problems, travelling to customer sites across the UK and Europe, and contributing to high-quality product delivery. This is not a desk-based role. This involves regular hands-on technical work, customer interaction, and collaboration across Operations.
