Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization in every space.
- Utilize eco-friendly cleaning products and techniques to promote a healthy home environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs.
- Manage time efficiently to complete cleaning tasks within scheduled appointments.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure optimal performance.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures for safety and quality assurance.
Requirements:
- Previous experience (1 to 2 years) in residential cleaning or a related field preferred.
- $200. Signing bonus after six months of emplyoment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Flexible availability - must work weekends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must pass a background check and have a positive work ethic.
