Job Description
- Own end‑to‑end intercompany (IC) charge calculations, including planning, true‑ups, and plausibility checks
- Prepare and perform monthly IC controls to ensure correctness, including reconciliations and budget vs. actual analysis
- Use and continuously improve IC tools and systems, with a strong focus on automation
- Support Group's Shared Services teams (AP, AR, Reporting) and Group Tax/Finance
- Manage IC contracts, ensuring transparency of existing agreements and coordinating new requests
- Drive process improvements to make IC activities efficient, accurate, and future‑ready
- Support the overall execution of projects & tasks within the team
- Degree in economics, business, finance, or a comparable experience
- Experience in finance within an international environment (1-3 years)
- Strong analytical mindset with a clear affinity for IT and systems
- Confident user of MS Office, especially Excel;
- SAP knowledge (BW, BCS, ERP) is a plus
- Fluent in English
- Curious and collaborative mindset, bridging business, finance, and IT to improve processes and solutions
- Location: Vienna, Austria (with the option to work partially from Home Office)
- Start: as of now
- Hours: Fulltime (38.5 h/w)
- Compensation: depending on the job-related experience & competencies, ~ 57.000 EUR gross a year (based on the collective bargain agreement of the metal industry if located in Vienna/Austria).
