Description
Lead execution in the Group's MDRT and Upward Mobility agenda - shaping strategy, driving delivery of Group-level initiatives, and partnering with Business Units to accelerate agency quality, productivity outcomes across the region.
Key Accountabilities
Strategy and Execution of Group Initiatives
Translate Prudential MDRT and GroupTop Tier strategy into clear execution plans, milestones and deliverables across multiple markets. Own and execute the portfolio of Group-led MDRT and Upward Mobility initiatives end-to-end, from design through rollout, adoption and outcome tracking. Set delivery standards, hold workstreams accountable to milestones, and drive critical Group commitment to completion.
Market Mobilisation & Alignment
Drive alignment with Business Units to ensure consistent interpretation, readiness and disciplined execution of Group-led MDRT and Upward Mobility initiatives. Provide clarification, calibration and hands-on guidance so markets translate Group ambition into practical, market-ready delivery.
Performance Insights & Reporting
Provide performance insights across MDRT growth, FTQ pipelines, upward mobility movement, adoption metrics by analysing market-level data, patterns and constraints. Translate insights into strategic recommendations for Group and leadership by identifying gaps prioritizing interventions and course-correcting execution to keep focus on outcomes.
Change, Communication & Engagement
Lead change and engagement across markets, ensuring clarity of intent, readiness for adoption and sustained momentum of Group initiatives. Equip local leadership and agency teams with compelling narratives, agency-facing communications and field enablement toolkits so markets understand what is changing, why it matters and the expected outcomes.
Learning & Capability Integration
Partner with MDRT, learning partners and vendors to integrate capability-building into market execution and adoption of MDRT and Upward Mobility initiatives, ensuring enablement is practical, contextual and directly drives adoption, behavior change and on-the-ground performance.

Qualifications & Experience
- 7+ years in Agency Distribution, Top-tier (MDRT) management, Business Planning or Strategic PMO roles in Life Insurance or Financial Services
- Proven track record translating enterprise-level strategy into scalable execution frameworks and multi-market rollout
- Strong capability to operate in ambiguous, fast-evolving environment, exercising sound judgement and structuring clarity
- Skilled at developing senior-ready strategic narratives, including decision decks, progress updates and executive communications
- Experience in Financial Services or Insurance distribution, with exposure to affluent/HNW segments and Agency ecosystems
