Manager, Engineering

The Engineering Manager leads a team of Manufacturing Engineers to provide process and production support in cleanroom assembly and test operations. This role drives daily problem-solving, productivity improvements, and defect-free production while overseeing long-term projects that reduce costs and enhance quality. It interfaces with design engineering and NPI teams to ensure new products meet manufacturability standards, implements lean manufacturing practices, and evaluates new technologies for efficiency gains. With strong leadership, technical expertise, and data-driven decision-making, the Engineering Manager ensures operational excellence and customer satisfaction in UCT’s Singapore operations.
