About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Securities Operations Analyst to support client onboarding and data management within our securities operations team. This role plays a key part in ensuring timely account setup, accurate client data, and compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.

Key Responsibilities
• Support end-to-end onboarding of securities client accounts
• Review and verify onboarding documentation in line with internal and regulatory requirements
• Perform timely and accurate setup of client and account data in systems
• Maintain and update client data, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Ensure high standards of data accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly
• Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g., Compliance, Front Office, Operations, Technology) to facilitate onboarding and data updates
• Adhere to established procedures, controls, and service level agreements (SLAs)
• Track onboarding progress and support reporting requirements
• Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives

Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, client onboarding, or data management
• Familiarity with securities products (equities, fixed income, custody) is an advantage
• Basic understanding of KYC/AML requirements is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• This role is 100% based in office, located at Tampines, contract role that will end 27 Jan 2027
