BOS Trustee Limited is the trust company owned by the Bank of Singapore Limited. Headquartered in Singapore and regulated by MAS. The company provides trust administration services. The incumbent will support the business in trust administration activities. A team player to join and support the trust company in administration of trust mandates.
Trust Account Services
- Process updates on the Trust accounts administered by the trust company which include:
- Insurance-related matters
- Arrange for Insurance forms and documentation as required for the insurance policy(ies) held under the trust structures to be prepared and completed. This may be in relation to activity such as purchase, transfer in/out, partial or full surrender, partial cash reduction.
- Bank Account(s) support
- Arrange for BOS account opening, sub account opening and/or third-party bank account opening processing
- Process Bank forms such as CPF/CPA re-profiling, BOS PE fund subscription, letters for signing etc.
- Arrange for execution of facility-related documentation e.g. Credit facility, guarantee, third party, memorandum of charge, deregistration of charges etc.
- Trust Relevant Parties update
- Process timely updates for Trust relevant parties - preparation of forms and documentation, checking of KYC documentation on file, arrange for signature verification and execution.
- Ad-hoc Trust Account matters:
- Support scheduled annual exercises as required on the trust accounts e.g. annual AGM documents submission for Singapore company(ies)
- In relation to the above, to:
-Check and prepare the checklists, instructions, forms and letters as required (including trustee minutes, director’s resolutions, update of schedules)
-Liaise with external parties/service providers (i.e. bank/nominee director) for execution, and to see to completion
-Arrange for issuance of Letter of Assurance based on the facts of the trust deed(s) and supplemental instruments upon request by the counterparty (i.e. insurance company(ies), third party banks etc.)
-Conduct name screenings where required in accordance with bank standards, and arrange for signature verifications
-Arrange for relevant/ exceptional approvals from Head Trustee, where necessary
-Update good and accurate records as necessary (i.e. trust system and hard copy files as necessary)
- Handle ad hoc tasks and projects, including but not limiting to update of department trackers, reporting, file maintenance, and archiving. Coordinate and track progress as necessary

Requirements
- 1-3 years in trust administration
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office, in particular Microsoft Excel
- Team player
- Meticulous and have an eye for details
- Degree/Diploma holders
