Job Summary The AMT Lead Mechanic reports directly to the Maintenance Supervisor/Manager. He/she shall work closely with the Supervisor to assist in the overall, monitoring and performance of maintenance operations. The Lead Mechanic shall also ensure that company aircraft are maintained IAW the FAA and Manufacturer’s airworthiness standards as prescribed by applicable regulations, directives and good standard practices.
