Job Description
This position provides senior-level Program and Project Management support to the customer, who oversees cyberspace defense, information operations, and battlespace awareness capabilities across the Fleet. The Program Manager supports the planning, direction, integration, and execution of major technical and acquisition efforts aligned to the customer’s mission. This role includes shaping long and short term strategies, developing key program documentation, monitoring cost and schedule performance, and ensuring alignment with acquisition and cyber readiness objectives.

Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Must have an active Top Secret w/SCI eligibility.
Responsibilities:
- Lead planning, direction, and execution of program activities in alignment with mission priorities
- Develop and manage long and short range program plans, including cost, schedule, risk, and performance baselines
- Define technical approaches and coordinate with Navy and DOW stakeholders to secure program resources
- Establish and track program milestones; oversee budget execution and cost controls
- Prepare senior level briefings, acquisition documents, and program status reports
- Coordinate across government, industry, and technical teams to ensure program objectives are met
- Support compliance with DOW acquisition policy, cyber readiness standards, and program process requirements
- Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure timely communication of issues
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in program or project management
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or managerial discipline
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi year programs involving technical, financial, and operational components
- Strong communication skills, ability to prepare and deliver high level documentation and briefings
- Experience managing schedules, budgets, and cross functional project teams
- Ability to operate effectively in a high tempo, classified DOW environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI)
- Minimum 5 years of direct program management experience with the U.S. Navy or comparable DoD acquisition agencies
- Experience supporting cyber, information warfare, or C4I program offices
