Job Description
Mayvin is seeking an experienced Integrated Master Scheduler to support a complex Army radar program office effort at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. This role ensures all program scheduling requirements are met through the creation of logic-based IMS products, analysis of schedule performance, and proactive identification of risks and impacts across the full lifecycle of the Army’s ground-based radar systems, including the AN/TPQ 50, AN/TPQ 53, and their associated Foreign Military Sales variants.
This position is contingent upon award.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Must have an active Secret Clearance.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) to support all required program and contract scheduling activities
- Identify schedule requirements, key milestones, and task dependencies, ensuring clear articulation of how discrete tasks interrelate
- Track and monitor the status of all contract actions to ensure timely, complete execution across the program
- Analyze schedule performance and identify risks, delays, and impacts to the critical path
- Develop and present re plans when milestones are missed, clearly outlining programmatic impacts and recommended recovery actions
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain schedule alignment and support decision making
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or 4 additional years of integrated master scheduler experience
- Minimum of 5 years integrated master scheduler experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Radar program scheduling; risk methodology experience.
