Job Description
- Partner closely with Product Management leadership to define the outlook and strategy for YouTube Music and Podcasts. Identify gaps and develop solutions to address them.
- Manage and grow a team of software engineers across varying levels of seniority, and across all aspects of the software stack.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, including YouTube Main App, Google DeepMind, Content Partnerships, Marketing, etc.
- Take responsibility for the overall planning, execution, and success of complex technical projects.
- Develop and grow leadership talent through effective mentoring, coaching, succession planning, and retention strategies for key talent in a fast growth, highly competitive environment.
