Summary: Transport Technician is responsible for providing safe and reliable transportation support for new patient admissions and discharges from the Substance Recovery Unit. This includes assisting in maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment for clients in transit and throughout the unit.
| Education | -Associate degree in human services area or higher preferred -High school diploma or General Education Development Equivalent |
| Required Experience/Skills | -1 year clinical experience in health or human service agency, preferably drug and alcohol treatment setting -1 year or more driving passengers with medical complexities and/or substance use disorders -Clean driving record with the DMV -Proof of valid driver’s license in Pa 21 Years of age or older |
| Preferred Experience/Skills | -Certified Recovery Specialist preferred (CRS)
