Job Description
The Director of Family Stability provides strategic leadership to programs that strengthen and stabilize families through resource assistance, financial coaching, and emotional resiliency services. This role oversees program managers, drives high-quality service delivery, ensures fiscal health, and advances evidence‑based practices. Serving as a subject matter expert, the Director uses data and community insight to improve outcomes, scale effective models, and develop new services aligned with the mission. The Director also acts as a visible ambassador, cultivating strong relationships with funders, parishes, and community partners to expand program reach and impact.
