Join our Immigration Consultation Services (ICS) program as an Immigration Attorney and make a meaningful impact in the lives of immigrant families. In this role, you will provide advanced legal representation in complex immigration matters, including removal defense, waivers, and appeals, while appearing before immigration courts and appellate forums as needed. You will manage cases from intake through resolution, conduct in-depth legal research, and stay current on changes in immigration law and policy. This position also plays a key role in supporting staff through legal guidance, strengthening program excellence, and ensuring exceptional client service.
