Our Sales Consultants play an essential role in helping customers find the perfect vehicle while providing an exceptional experience from start to finish. You’ll become a knowledgeable product expert, build strong customer relationships, and thrive in an environment that values teamwork, personal achievement, and continuous learning.

Salary Range

Depending on job performance, the Sales Consultant compensation ranges from $35,500.00 to $200,000 +.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Learn our systems, processes, and our positive, customer‑focused culture
  • Deliver a world‑class experience for every customer
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of all vehicles in our inventory
  • Learn the automotive business from the ground up
  • Stay informed about new technology and product changes
  • Communicate with confidence, enthusiasm, and professionalism

 

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bilingual in Spanish is a HUGE plus!!
  • Inside Sales or Outside Sales Experience is a strong advantage!
  • Customer Service Background is a great start
  • Self-Motivation is a key and driven to succeed
  • Availity to work a retail schedule that regularly includes evenings and weekends
  • Have a valid California Driver's License with Clean Driving Record
  • Pass a drug screening and criminal background check

Pay Defined: The Sales Consultant position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $18.31, plus performance bonuses. The performance bonus may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit
