Depending on job performance, the Sales Consultant compensation ranges from $35,500.00 to $200,000 +.

- Learn our systems and our culture

- Maintain a thorough working knowledge of all vehicles in our inventory

Pay Defined: The Sales Consultant position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $16.90, plus performance bonuses. The performance bonus may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit
