Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our Legal, Compliance & People team. This role supports the company in ensuring employment practices and documentation comply with applicable labor laws and company policies, while also supporting talent acquisition initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience managing employee relations, employment documentation, and recruitment processes in multinational environments.

Core Responsibilities

Employment & Compliance

  • Draft, review, and manage employment documentation including contracts, offer letters, promotion letters, and termination notices in accordance with local legal requirements and company policies.
  • Support employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans, and employment terminations, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate and legally compliant personnel records, ensuring proper retention and confidentiality.
  • Assist in the development and update of company policies, procedures, and the employee handbook in line with legal requirements and business needs.
  • Provide guidance to management on labor law compliance, employment risks, and employee relations matters across different jurisdictions.
  • Support internal investigations and employment-related audits when required.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Design and support recruitment strategies aligned with business needs.
  • Source and attract candidates through professional networks, job boards, and social media.
  • Create and publish job postings and manage candidate pipelines for current and future openings.
  • Screen applications, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate interview processes with hiring managers.
  • Education: Degree in Law, Labor Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in HR, labor compliance, and recruitment within multinational environments.
  • Languages: Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Preferred: Experience with U.S. employment practices.
  • Strong understanding of labor law principles in LATAM and ability to adapt to different regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
