- Assemble components and parts according to specifications and blueprints.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete assembly tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area within the department.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Troubleshoot assembly issues and provide solutions to improve processes.
- Assist in training new assembly line workers as required.
- Position involves repetitive lifts of product up to 100 lbs.
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for assembly tasks.
- Experience working in a manufacturing facility or warehouse environment.
- Familiarity with assembly line operations and best practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
