We are seeking dependable and skilled MIG Welders to join our team. This position involves performing MIG welding on recreational vehicle frames and components to meet production and quality standards. The role requires attention to detail, technical skill, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG welding on steel components and RV frames according to specifications.
• Inspect welds to ensure quality and structural integrity.
• Safely lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs independently.
• Utilize team lifting or mechanical assist equipment for loads exceeding 50 lbs.
• Read and interpret prints, drawings, and welding instructions.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures at all times.

• Two to three years of steel MIG welding experience required.
• Ability to read prints and welding instructions accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Dependable, reliable, and committed work ethic.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a physically demanding environment.
• Work Effectively in a team environment.
• Willing to assist in other departments as needed.
