Assisted Living Shift Coordinator needed. Oversees Resident Assistants, ensuring quality care & adherence to policies. Coordinates medical/emergency support, promoting resident wellness. Audits meds, reports incidents, & assists with ADLs. Supports new staff training & resident care plans. Requires strong communication, teamwork, and knowledge of care practices. N.A. Certified or ability to obtain. Supervisory experience preferred.
