Facilities Services Technician II

The Facilities Service Technician II is responsible for performing building, system, and equipment troubleshooting and repairs, routine tasks, demand work orders, and inspections.  The Facility Services Technician II is expected to have knowledge of building systems, including, but not limited to: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, access control, and life safety.
