Job Description
Job Summary
The job holder oversees the management and operations of stables to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. This includes managing horse training and care, supervising staff and general administration of the stables' duties. The job requires maintaining high standards of horse care and facility management, as well as fostering effective communication between management and staff.
Major Tasks
- Maintain a good standard of horse care. Supervise horse training activities and ensure the well-being and care of horses. Attend to emergency duties and provide necessary care for horses.
- Manage and supervise staff to ensure efficient stable operations. Act as a bridge between Stables Management and Stables Staff to ensure effective communication and smooth operations.
- Able to manage external and internal stakeholders, collaborate with other internal departments and maintain a good relationship. Coordinate with different departments to ensure the smooth running of stables operations.
- Create and promote a good image of their stables.
- Other ad hoc duties assigned by Supervisor.

Experience
5+ years of experience of relevant stable work in riding or stable supervision
