Product Configuration & Engineering Systems Manager

The Product Configuration & Engineering Systems Manager leads AWC’s Automation, Standards & Center of Excellence (COE), owning the engineering systems and content that make configurable solutions repeatable, scalable, and easier to execute across the business.

This is an opportunity to build and own the engineering systems backbone of a growing industrial business. This role is not about maintaining existing systems—it’s about building, standardizing, and scaling how we engineer and deliver solutions. You will have enterprise visibility, working across Engineering, Proposals, Supply Chain, and Operations, with a direct line of sight to how your work improves commercial outcomes.
