OVERALL TESTMANAGER (M/F/D)

Lead and manage the overall test planning, execution, and reporting for all projects ensuring quality assurance and compliance with defined standards. Develop and implement test strategies, plans, traceability matrix, and test completion reports, presenting these to stakeholders as required. Collaborate with key members of the project team such as project managers, developers, and business analysts to identify risks, develop risk mitigation plans, and manage changes in project scope. Ensure testing activities allow applications to meet business requirements, system goals, end-user requirements, and identify existing or potential issues. Maintain, review, and update all test deliverables and manage the production of these in line with project deadlines. Monitor performance and provide feedback to all team members regarding their performance, aiming to manage productivity and efficiency. Coordinate with different departments and teams to ensure test objectives, test strategies, and test plans are well understood and implemented. Communicate testing process improvements to senior management and stakeholders as necessary. Be responsible for team budget and resource allocation, ensuring projects are completed within these constraints. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of testing best practices, principles, and tools to continually optimize the testing process. Regulate the defect tracking process and work closely with developers to ensure defects are correctly identified, logged, tracked, and resolved. Develop comprehensive knowledge of the systems under testing and serve as a single point of contact for any queries related to this. Ensure the testing environment is set up correctly at all times and escalate any issues that may impact the schedule of testing activity. Ensure clear communication of testing methodologies and acceptance criteria for each project to relevant stakeholders and team members.
