PEP Process & Release Specialist

You will take ownership of the Product Engineering Process (PEP), ensuring a robust, scalable, and business-aligned process framework across all engineering domains. In this role, you drive end-to-end PEP release management, enable cross-functional alignment, and continuously improve processes based on real project feedback and industry best practices. You act as a key interface between engineering and process governance, shaping the future of our engineering way of working. Your Responsibilities Own the PEP architecture: define, maintain, and evolve the overall PEP structure and ensure consistency, scalability, and governance across projects and domains Drive PEP releases end-to-end: plan and coordinate releases, including stakeholder alignment and task management, manage integration, publishing, and release documentation; Ensure process alignment: align PEP with V-Model, ALM, and SIGNAVIO frameworks, ensure compliance with internal standards and governance Enable process tailoring optimization: support project-specific adaptations while maintaining standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives Support complex project scenarios: enable PEP application in advanced and non-standard use cases Coordinate cross-functional topics: collaborate with Software, Hardware, Mechanical Design, System, and Architecture domains, as well as Engineering related cross-functions like Manufacturing, Purchasing, Logistics and Quality; support audits and compliance activities Establish feedback-driven improvement: collect and analyze process feedback from projects and ensure fast response and implementation of improvements Benchmark and innovate: align processes with industry standards (automotive and beyond) Shape the toolchain: drive requirements for Methodpark Stages and align process evolution with tool development
