Job Description

The Contracts Administrator plays a critical role in managing, reviewing, and overseeing contracts with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and strategic partners within the utility industry. This position ensures all contracts are accurate, legally compliant, and aligned with company goals. A key focus of this role is supporting bid development and proposal submissions, particularly those involving labor costing, crew rates, and workforce allocations. This role also supports storm response operations, ensuring the rapid execution of contracts, crew mobilization, and compliance during emergency deployments, helping minimize risk while fostering strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders, and contributes directly to the success of project bids and contract execution.
