We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager to join our WA Sales team based at our Perth Airport depot.

What you’ll do

  • Drive new business growth by identifying, targeting, and winning clients across WA

  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, focusing on new-logo acquisition

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed revenue targets

  • Lead high-impact sales presentations and pitch tailored logistics solutions

  • Engage and influence senior decision-makers and executives

  • Negotiate and close complex commercial agreements

  • Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery

  • Maintain disciplined CRM activity in Salesforce

  • Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity to uncover new opportunities

What you’ll bring

  • Strong background in freight, logistics, transport, supply chain, or related sectors (highly regarded)

  • Proven track record as a new business hunter who consistently exceeds targets

  • Experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Acquisition roles

  • Confidence in cold calling, prospecting, and converting leads

  • Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and decision-makers

  • Strong commercial acumen with experience negotiating high-value deals

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
