Developer ServiceNow
Technical Requirements:
- 1) 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
- 2) Proven background in implementing and maintaining ITSM processes.
- 3) Advanced skills in Service Portal development and customization.
- 4) Strong experience with Service Catalog workflows and request lifecycle.
- 5) Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP-based integrations.
- 6) Deep knowledge of JavaScript tailored to the ServiceNow environment.
- 7) Solid experience performing ServiceNow platform upgrades.
- 8) Solid experience in Workspace, portal and Chat
- 9) Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
