- Community & connection – volunteer events, summer picnics, and a safety culture that puts people first.
About the Role

- Contract administration – negotiate subcontracts, ensure strict compliance with scopes, specs, and owner contracts.
- Client & partner relations – cultivate long-term relationships with owners, architects, and trade partners; provide transparent, timely reporting.
- Team leadership – manage, train, and mentor project engineers and coordinators; foster a collaborative, accountable atmosphere.
- Risk & quality – drive RFIs, submittals, change orders, QA/QC, inspections, and testing.
- Close-out – compile as-builts, warranties, O&M manuals, and final accounting for a smooth turnover.
Qualifications & Skills
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years managing commercial construction projects (TI, interiors, or special projects preferred).
- Solid grasp of estimating, scheduling, contract law, and construction means & methods.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with MS Project, Procore, or similar PM tools.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills—able to juggle multiple priorities with urgency.
Preferred
- Experience in one or more SPD focus areas: retail refreshes, hospitality renovations, healthcare tenant improvements, creative office build-outs.
- LEED AP, CCM, or PMP certification.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.
- 401(k) with company match.
- Performance bonus program.
- Professional development support—tuition, certifications, and leadership training.
