Job Description
JOB OBJECTIVES • Design and manage end-to-end multi-channel digital campaign initiatives in support of Business Units and Marketing stakeholders. Implement leading practices for multi-channel digital campaign management. Formulate digital campaign strategy in alignment with KPIs and metrics goals and take ownership of results. Coordinate digital aspects of campaigns and continuously improve channel metrics • Responsible for how FirstBank approaches and uses social media to protect brand reputation, support customer experience and digital marketing programs, engage existing and potential customers via social media platform. Responsible for defining all social media execution standards and guidelines. Responsible for development and management of social media programs as part of larger multi-channel digital marketing programs.
