Team Lead, Mail Room and Managed Print Services

 To ensure a centralized collation of mail for distribution bank wide.  To oversee and manage the Mail Room which is set up to take care of the mailing system of the bank for prompt and safe delivery of mails in secured manner to various Branches, Area Offices, BDOs, Head Office Departments and other offices outside the bank.  To control courier cost, monitor workflow and process bills centrally to pay courier vendors within the SLA deadlines.  To manage the provision of a cost effective and efficient Managed Print Services for the bank. (Bank Wide).
