Principal Product Manager - Agentic AI Platform

We are seeking a Principal Product Manager to join our global Sabre Enterprise Data & Analytics Platform team, where innovation knows no borders. This team plays a cornerstone role in building advanced data capabilities and pioneering our next-generation agentic AI platform to revolutionize travel technology. As Principal Product Manager, you will lead the strategic vision and delivery of our enterprise agentic AI platform. You will drive the development of autonomous AI agents and multi-agent orchestration frameworks to automate decision-making across the travel ecosystem. This role requires deep technical acumen in artificial intelligence, strategic foresight and the ability to influence cross-functional leaders to deliver scalable AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product strategy, roadmap and execution for the agentic AI platform at Sabre.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture and data science teams to design scalable frameworks for autonomous AI agents.
• Translate customer challenges into platform requirements that enable intelligent workflows and automated decision-making.
• Influence and align senior stakeholders across business units to accelerate the adoption of AI-driven capabilities.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously advance the AI platform capabilities of Sabre.

Preferred qualifications and education

• Minimum 8 years of technical product management experience focused on artificial intelligence, machine learning or advanced data platforms.
• Proven success in launching enterprise developer platforms, orchestration frameworks or agentic AI solutions.
• Strong technical knowledge of large language models, cognitive architectures, vector databases and SQL queries.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and influence strategic outcomes without direct authority.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical or business field.
