- Work towards meeting all Finance and Operations measures.
- Strong process improvement drivePeople , Process and Stakeholder management• Manage end to end F&A processes for defined projects and assigned territories.
- Manage external and internal customer expectations.
- Delivers on promises to clients, even if unrelated to SLA’s.
- Delivers processes as per client SLA’s.
- Actively reacts to CSAT comments and recommends the solutions to exceed client’s expectations.
- Manage attrition (keep below target).
- Mentoring direct reports in terms of their day-to-day tasks and career path (incl. defining their development needs).
- Promotes rewards and recognition programs linked to values and specific business objectives.
- Invests in opportunities to better serve clients and delivering solutions, not just meeting SLA’s
- Experience in managing big F&A teamsDemonstrated leadership skills and high performance
