Job Description

What you’ll do:
- Lead failure analysis on 3phase product field issues and report out.
- Drive internal quality improvement and external customer experience.
- Lead failure analysis on APAC field failures, work with cross functional team to get result.
- Report faiure analysis result and communicate internally with team.
- Support after service pertaining quality related problems, work with after service team on elaborating FA result.
- Manage priority of FA needs with customer satisfaction.
- Drive internal problem solving and corrective action, enhance customer statisfaction through fast response, proactive communication, and effective problem prevention.
Qualifications:
- Bachalor and above
- 5+ years of work experience
- Electric and UPS knowledge, Testing, ISO & industrial standard
- Effective communication skills, good written and oral English
