Leasing Agent I/COS (Nohona Hale - 1457)

This position is for a 35-hour-per-week Leasing Agent I/COS to work at Nohona Hale, a 111-unit affordable family housing community in Honolulu, HI. This is a Tax Credit / HMMF Bond property. Qualified candidates will have 1+ year of related apartment leasing experience and knowledge of affordable housing. COS certification preferred. Salary range: $19.95 - $30.40 per hour; hiring range for new employees is generally $19.95 - $25.18per hour, DOE. Please note an offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate and the current salary level of individuals working at EAH in a similar role.
