The Role: Line Cook
We’re looking for a sharp, motivated Line Cook with a passion for food and a great attitude to match. If you thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, love working on a tight team, and take pride in every plate—this is your kind of gig.
What You’ll Do
- Prep and cook menu items to perfection and spec
- Keep your station stocked, clean, and efficient
- Follow food safety standards and kitchen procedures
- Communicate with your team to keep the line moving
- Support a smooth service, even when it’s rockin’
- Jump in where needed and own your space with pride
What You Bring
- Must be 18+
- Kitchen experience preferred, but trainable enthusiasm wins
- Strong knife skills and familiarity with standard cook times and plate presentation
- Focus, efficiency, and attention to detail under pressure
- A team-focused mindset and commitment to reliability
Pay
Hourly rate based on experience and position flexibility
