What You’ll Do
- Supervise daily FOH operations
- Support training, coaching, and team development
- Maintain a positive, fast‑paced, guest‑focused culture
- Assist with scheduling, staffing, and shift execution
- Monitor inventory and help control costs
- Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve concerns quickly
- Uphold cleanliness, safety, and operational standards
- Use systems like Restaurant365, Toast, Paycor & more
- Optional: Pick up serving or bartending shifts when needed or to earn additional hours
What You Bring
- Experience in both FOH restaurant operations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment
- Solid understanding of food, beverage, and inventory processes
- Flexibility for nights, weekends & holidays
- A genuine passion for hospitality, teamwork, and guest experience
Pay Range
$20–$25 per hour, based on experience
(With opportunities to pick up serving or bartending shifts)
