Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to Catalite Co., Ltd. as a Sr. SHEQ Officer (Work at Catalite) based in Bangkok. As a member of the SHEQ team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of quality and Safety compliance that have made Catalite a leading player in chemical distributor industry. This is a full-time position that offers excellent growth opportunities within the company.
What you'll be doing
Conduct quality inspections on raw materials and repacking processes to ensure compliance with specifications.
Perform laboratory testing to evaluate product safety, quality, and performance.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and quality documentation (e.g., COA, Spec, SDS).
Manage customer complaints and quality issues, including root cause analysis and CAPA; record data in CRM.
Lead and maintain QMS in line with ISO 9001:2015 and relevant standards (e.g., FDA, Halal).
Develop and manage equipment calibration plans; ensure proper maintenance and operation.
Handle QC administrative tasks and coordinate documentation and reporting.
Perform Safety tasks as assigned such as workplace inspection, safety & quality training etc.
Drive continuous improvement and perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.
