Job Title: Executive– Performance Metrics & Analytics
Location: Manjari, Pune
Department: Operations
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for operations, finance, sales, and supply chain teams.
Automate data processes and report generation using advanced Excel functions, macros, and/or scripts.
Prepare dashboards for tracking KPIs such as order fulfillment, inventory movement, vendor performance, and sales trends.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (procurement, finance, supply chain, etc.) to gather data and ensure data accuracy.
Support budgeting and forecasting activities with relevant data analysis.
Perform variance analysis and highlight operational inefficiencies or cost leakages.
Ensure data hygiene and manage master data across platforms (ERP, CRM, Excel sheets).
Identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights from data to support business strategies.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Data Science, or related fields.
2+ years of experience in an MIS/Data Executive or Analyst role, preferably in a startup, FMCG, or retail environment.
Proficient in MS Excel.
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Ability to handle large datasets and work under tight deadlines.
Familiarity with ERP systems and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, etc.) is a plus.
